About

I'm a Program Manager in the Founder's Office at Quad AI — a tech and management school trying to fix how college works in India. Less theory, more doing. I manage the newly launched Mangaluru campus alongside the founders — the university partnership, the vendors who built the place, and a team of 30 interns.

Before this I built LiftBites, a cloud kitchen delivering protein-rich meals to gym-goers in Jamshedpur. I designed the logo, wrote the menu, counted the macros, bought the groceries, cooked, packed, delivered, and talked every trainer in the city into recommending us. Nine months and roughly 3,000 meals of that teaches you things a classroom can't.

My degree is in human resource management, with an early internship split across HR and finance. That mix is how I read a room and a spreadsheet at the same time.

Still my favourite question: what's actually stopping this from working?

The parts a résumé flattens out.

I've done the unglamorous bit

Sourcing raw material at 6am, then cooking, packing and delivering it myself. Operations stops being abstract once you've carried it.

I pitch, and I've won

Took a startup idea to the Shark Tank stage at The Influenzia, YUVA 2022, and walked off with first place.

I read people and numbers

HR by training, finance by internship. I keep asking both what they think — they rarely agree, which is the useful part.

I like the zero-to-one mess

New kitchen, new campus. Nothing exists yet, everything's a decision. That's the part I enjoy most.

Quad AI School of Technology & Management

A tech and management school rebuilding Indian college education around practical, hands-on skills that make students job-ready. I stand up the Mangaluru campus alongside founders Sourav Kumar and Mohit Choudhary.

  • Run the Medhavi University partnership as day-to-day contact with their executive team — mapping payments and clearing documentation case by case for students already admitted.
  • Reconcile everything Quad AI receives against Medhavi's revenue share, so partner accounts stay clean.
  • Lead a team of 30 interns: trained on Callyzer, Meritto and allied platforms, given daily workloads, tracked through progress reporting.
  • Own vendor operations and procurement for the campus renovation, from supplier negotiation through to final fulfilment.
  • Pick up escalated cases after offer release and close them — forms completed, documentation uploaded, admission converted.
  • Ran two ticketed events for 100+ attendees: invitations, entry, venue setup, and whatever goes wrong on the day.
  • Look after 60 students on campus day to day, and show walk-in families around.

LiftBites — a cloud kitchen for people who lift

Built and ran a food venture delivering protein-rich meals to gym-goers and health-conscious customers.

  • Designed the brand end to end — logo, packaging and marketing material.
  • Built a nutritionally balanced menu, with dishes tailored to individual calorie counts, macros and fitness goals.
  • Ran every operation: customer acquisition through trainers at Jamshedpur's top gyms, menu planning, sourcing, cooking, supply and feedback.
  • Served roughly 3,000 meals and built a base of 40+ repeat customers — real demand, not a hunch.

  • Inducted 10–12 new joiners, maintained employee records and supported four dispute resolutions.
  • Handled accounting and data entry in Fortune Next V7.0 ISD, and followed up with debtors and creditors.
  • Planned and hosted the July 2023 town hall, opening up employee–management dialogue on operational issues.
